"Our Solution Architect demonstrates a deep understanding of Planful's report writer without ever forcing us into a canned approach. He consistently finds the best way to build reports to our standards while making sure they're scalable for use in other areas. "Having our Solution Architect help us build our Planful structure was huge. We would not have been able to do it on our own. And then to have him continue to help us through this second year made a big difference. Part of our struggle was figuring out what we wanted from the beginning. I was new to Valley and didn't understand all the back history, so we had to do a lot of talking through stuff. We went down a few rabbit holes that we didn't need to so that was on us. I really liked how he would figure something out for us, whether he'd done it before or not. And he was very responsive when we reached out with questions, so that was great. To try to do an implementation without the help of Top Down would have been a nightmare, and you all made it a breeze.
